District Manager

Jake Clements was born and raised in the St. John-Endicott area in Whitman county. He has worked for multiple government agencies including United States Marine Corps, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Natural Resource Conservation Service, Palouse Conservation District, Spokane Conservation District, and now Rock Lake Conservation District. He has experience in conservation planning, riparian restoration, wildlife conservation, and precision/conservation agriculture. Please stop any time, at the office, to talk about the conservation efforts you would like to see promoted in our district.

Outreach & Education coordinator

Crystal Davidson was born and raised on the Palouse. She has worked for Rock Lake Conservation District, since July 2022. Her outreach work has allowed her to bring Trout In The Classroom to four local school districts. She has a Biology degree from Central Washington University, and has a wide range of job skills and experience, with a great passion for education and outreach.
